Before we begin

Payments
The Audit is paid in full to reserve. The Intensive is normally 50% to begin and 50% before final handoff. Custom projects normally use a 50% booking deposit with milestone balances defined in the proposal.
Revisions
The Intensive includes one consolidated revision and clarification round. Custom projects typically include two structured review milestones. Audits include factual corrections rather than a revision cycle.
Ownership + accounts
Clients own their accounts and, after final payment, approved project-specific materials—subject to third-party licenses and the written agreement. Studio Salal retains reusable methods, systems, and templates.
Private or regulated data
Do not send passwords or private client or health information through an inquiry form. Regulated-data work needs a separate technical, privacy, security, legal, ownership, and maintenance plan.
